Departure from your hotel to Iguazu National Park (Argentina), 30 kilometers from downtown Foz do Iguassu and 24 kilometers from Puerto Iguazu. Arrival to the Visitors Center, where an interpretative building with giant panels shows the importance of the biodiversity at the subtropical humid forest. Catwalks and observatories will let you enjoy the magnificent falls, one of the natural wonders of the world, which culminates in the impressive Garganta del Diablo (Devil's Throat), where the Iguazu River crashes down almost 80 meters offering a breathtaking experience. From the visitors center you can walk around trails or in a gas-propelled train. There are two basic circuits: an upper path and a lower path. The lower path leads to the base of the falls, where the spray moistens visitors. It is a unique experience, worth the adventure. From the upper path you have strategic panoramic views. Leaving from Cataratas station, you go to the 1.1 km flat catwalk built over the upper Iguazu River that after crossing several islands lead you to the balcony on the Devils Throat, the biggest fall with such a big flow of water that you will not believe your eyes!! Morning departure from your hotel to Iguacu National Park (Brazil). This is a completely different tour when compared to the Argentinean side. After arrival at the Visitors Center you will be transferred through paved roads to the catwalks to observe the incomparable beauty of the Iguaçu Waterfalls across a 1200 meters path, with a full view of the them, with several balconies and a runway over the river up to the ¨Devil's Throat¨, the greatest fall of the National Park. The Path ends in a viewpoint at the upper Iguazu Falls accessed through a panoramic elevator; from where the visitors will follow a trail to the Port Canoas Space, a pleasurable lookout point to the upper Iguazu River, hosting a restaurant and snack bars, handicraft shop, toilets and a medical first aid outpost. The vehicle that will take you back awaits you at this point. At 2.30 p.m. Transportation from Puerto Iguazu- Raíces Argentinas - travelling through Urugua-I Provincial Park and rural areas of Yerba mate plantations to Yacutinga Lodge. Along the 145-km distance covered on paved road, the landscape combines small towns and Forest. Early in the morning paddling along the San Francisco stream, which flows into the Natural Reserve. This is the right moment for a photo-safari and general fauna observation. Navigation lasts almost 3 hours, silently going through the Gallery forest area. Back to the Lodge for a mid-morning. Lunch. Free time to walk along the several self-guided interpretation trails or simply to enjoy the facilities of the Lodge (swimming pool, hummingbird Project, etc.).
