We had a great time visiting both the highland and the south coast. We saw some lovely nature on our drive through some of the country. We had good contact with the the traveller agency when we were in Sri Lanka, and we could even change some of the plans during the stay. I am afraid another good review will make people sceptical. Too good to be true? No, this is a genuine report - cross my heart. I travelled with Euphoria in August 2014 together with my 16 year old daughter. It was our first trip to Sri Lanka and Euphoria helped make it an enjoyable one. Our itinerary was truly tailormade to our needs and it felt right to us. Response time was minimal and Euphoria stayed in touch throughout our trip. We toured for 10 days, got to see the main sites without feeling awfully rushed and stayed at pleasant hotels. Our driver was always friendly, willing to accommodate us and a very knowledgable guide on top. He even managed to make us feel (almost) safe in the crazy Sri Lankan traffic. All in all, i can wholeheartedly recommend Euphoria Exotic Holidays - and will do so to family and friends. In fact, I am planning a return visit just now - with Euphoria. P.S. Sri Lanka is such a beautiful place where people are so friendly and food is just amazing. If you are thinking of planning a trip to Sri Lanka, do not look anywhere else!! I usually book all our holidays myself as I am very picky and believe that travel agents can cost a lot of money but this time due to time constraint I decided to book my trip with Sashini via Euphoria Exotic Holidays and it turned out to be the best decision ever! We travelled to Sri Lanka from 18th April 2016 for 18 days with a 2 year old. We provided the dates and roughly what we wanted to see to Sashini and within days she put an amazing itinerary together. We were quite demanding and specific as were worried about travelling with an infant but for Sashini none of our questions or request was too much and she delivered everything as promised. Our itinerary was so well done that I could have not done better myself: • She ensured that we can see all possible in the time we had without getting too tired with our little one. • We had a very good, clean and comfortable Air conditioning car • Our driver/guide : Vijitha he was just the best: very knowledgeable, organised, kind , so punctual and he went above and beyond his responsibilities to ensure we were safe, comfortable and helped us lots with our baby • We stayed in 6 different hotels throughout the trip and they were all just amazing. They were clean, great food, it also had all we asked for such as Baby cot, swimming pool. • Cost – She worked with us to ensure we stayed within our budget and was very patient even when I was being difficult and changing my mind 20 times I recommend Euphoria Exotic Holidays to anyone that is looking for a well organised, comfortable and tension free trip. Sashini is not just very good at her job but she is also very kind and friendly person. She is not one of those people who don’t care about how your trip goes once she has been paid. Once we arrived in Sri Lanka, she rang the driver to check that we have arrived safely and that we are ok with the car and driver etc. She also rang on daily basis to ensure we were happy with the hotels and trips etc. and now that we are back home she still keeps in touch.
