Begin your Buenos Aires trip: Upon arriving at the airport of Buenos Aires (Ezeiza or Aeroparque), you will be received and transferred to your selected hotel in the city center. The rest of the day will be free, to enjoy it as you prefer.
We begin our second day with a half day tour through the city. After picking you up at your hotel, we will start our tour through one of the main avenues : the 9th of July Avenue, where we'll see the Teatro Colon and the Obelisk. Afterwards we will visit the Plaza de Mayo, which used to be the historical and political epicenter of the city; here we will do our first stop. You will be able to take photos of the Metropolitan Cathedral, the Government House and the Cabildo. The tour continues south through the old neighborhood of San Telmo, passing through Parque Lezama. We'll continue even further south to reach the neighborhood of La Boca, where we have our second stop. You can see the famous stadium of Boca Juniors, one of the greatest exponents of the Argentinian passion: Football; and also Caminito, one of the most emblematic places of our city, full of color, magic and history. After the break we move to Puerto Madero, which is one of the newest, most exclusive and most modern neighborhoods in Buenos Aires with its main areas of Retiro and Plaza San Martin. We'll move on to Palermo, which is Buenos Aires main green area. The last neighbourhood we'll visit is the exclusive and sophisticated neighborhood of La Recoleta to end up our excursion in Buenos Aires in downtown. The tour includes two Stops: Plaza de Mayo & Caminito. Departs on the morning (between 09 - 09.30 am) or in the afternoon (01.30 - 02 pm). Estimated duration 4 hours After you have visited the most outstanding places of the city, enjoy some free time to relax and prepared yourself to live an unique night at El Querandi Tangueria. You will be picked up from your hotel around 08 - 08.30 pm to head to this spectacular Tango house, located in the heart of San Telmo neighborhood. Dinner starts at 9, and it will delight you with an exquisite three course meal with over thirty options of Argentinian and international dishes. The service includes starter, main course soft drinks, mineral water, wines from winery Finca Flichman, dessert and coffee. After the delicious dinner, around 10 pm, the show begins. A quartet of musicians start playing the pieces of classic tango and on stage four pairs of dancers will make the audience fall in love, with precision and sensuality. The show last about an hour and a half, and then, around midnight we´ll take you back to the hotel after living a great cultural and gastronomic experience. Read more
You will be picked up from your hotel where you will board a comfortable bus to head to El Tigre, travelling along Avenida Costanera, that is parallel to the Rio de la Plata, so we will enjoy beautiful landscapes of the river along the way. The first stop will be in San Isidro City. Our guides will take you to visit the beautiful Cathedral of San Isidro and popular mansions inhabited by the oldest aristocratic families of Buenos Aires. Once in Tigre we will climb aboard a catamaran where we´ll enjoy 40 minutes tour of the Delta. There, we can see the landscape of rivers and streams that cross forming numerous islands. At the end of the boat ride, you will return to the port to board the bus again and make your way back to Buenos Aires.
