We had so much fun!! We just got back from the 5 day K-Shuttle tour around South Korea. Our guide treated us like her family and made sure that all of our needs were met. The food was incredible and we experienced it all. At each destination we were given the opportunity to eat the food that was popular in that area. Plan on $10-15 a meal for food. You could definitely go with less a meal but if you really want to experience the true cultural experience I would allow for at least this much in your budget. Aloha from Hawaii, Mr. Kim, I am writing you on behalf of all of us who recently took a 5 day-4 night tour of Korea with K-Shuttle starting on October 11 and returning to Seoul on October 15. We wanted to tell you that we were very happy with our experience and for the following reasons: First, we had a terrific guide named Minam Cozad who was so knowledgeable about Korean history and the areas that we traveled to. Also, as part-Koreans, she was so informative for us about the Korean people and their lives. She was also so diligent in making sure that everyone was comfortable and informed. We were also very fortunate in having a large Korean family on tour with us and she enabled all of us to get along so well. Second, Mr. Lee was an excellent bus driver. It was amazing how he manipulated the roadways so well and none of us got road sick. He was polite and caring. We have written to our travel agent, Mrs. Hui Suk Kim of Orient Travel about our experience on K-Shuttle and will also be telling our friends to use your tour service especially if they want a great general experience in Korea.
