Hotel: Generally good hotel – good outdoor area, polite staff, good breakfast selection. Hotel rooms could be updated esp bathrooms. Some problems with cleanliness-dirty bed sheets, overall dampness in the room + no way to ventilate. Bitten several times overnight. Could do with an in-room book explaining hotel, room service hotel facilities etc. Comment: At all times tour was on time+pick ups stress-free. Both very friendly, welcoming warm. Good insight into Indonesian cultures. Good communication with ourselves+good arrangements with other tour guides etc. If more time would have liked to see more of the city center- walling etc. Enjoyed food, art introduction, temple visits- opportunity to see temples on our own also – freedom to explore after being explained to.
