DAY 1
Arrival in Costa Rica
Arrival at Juan Santamaría International Airport, one of our representatives will meet you after customs to assist you locating the luggage and direct you to the driver that will take you to your hotel.

DAY 2
Wildlife in Tortuguero National Park
After breakfast the personnel of the lodge in Tortuguero will meet you at the hotel to take you to the Tortuguero National Park area, one of the most famous of Costa Rica and accessible only by plane (with an extra fee) or by boat which is recommendable as along the way you will be able to spot the great biological diversity of the area. DAY 3
Arenal Volcano National Park
In the middle of the morning you will start our trip out of Tortuguero, you can say your goodbyes at El Ceibo Restaurant where, after lunch, one of our representatives will deliver you the car rental that you will use for the rest of the trip. The next destination is the Arenal Volcano National Park and the colorful town of La Fortuna. Read more

Discover Arenal
The area features hot springs spas and you will have plenty of time to enjoy activities such as hikes on hanging bridges, to La Fortuna Waterfall or the National Park, whitewater rafting, zip lines or horseback rides among others or just enjoy the amazing views from the pool of the hotel.

DAY 5
Monteverde Cloud Forest
On this day you will travel to the area of Monteverde Cloud Forest located near the village of Santa Elena. This area protects the region’s biodiversity and water sources that supply several rivers in the country.

DAY 6
Monteverde, full of activities
You will have time to explore Monteverde where, among other activities, you can get a bird-like perspective of the forest canopy through the hanging bridges or venturing on the zip lines plus check out the great diversity of flora and fauna of the area.

DAY 7
Manuel Antonio National Park
Departure to the pacific coast of the country where Manuel Antonio is located. Its famous National Park offer beautiful beaches surrounded by lush vegetation both inside and outside the park.

Enjoy Manuel Antonio wildlife
Days at leisure, in this area you can combine relaxation on any of its beaches with some of the many activities available such as nature walks, whitewater rafting, kayaking, zip lines and sportfishing among others.

DAY 9
Corcovado
Departure after breakfast to Sierpe where you will take a one our boat ride to Corcovado National Park located in the Osa Peninsula. Corcovado is an ecological paradise with a wonderful coastline, biological diversity and mangroves.

Wldlife and vegetation in Corcovado
With its over 41,000 hectares the park protects several species of wildlife and vegetation some of them endemic.

DAY 11
Living the wildlife
You will enjoy two activities during your stay, a hiking tour to the national park and the next day a snorkeling tour at Isla del Caño both with a delicious picnic lunch.

DAY 12
San José
The personnel from the lodge in Corcovado will take you to Sierpe where you can pick up your car to drive back to San Jose, Costa Rica’s capital and where the largest concentration of museums, parks, theaters and historic buildings are located. You can find a wide variety of dining and entertainment options in addition to markets and craft centers where you can do your last minute shopping. San Jose is an ideal place to experience firsthand the Costa Rican cultural variety. Read more

Drive to Juan Santamaría International Airport according to your flight schedule, please keep in mind that is recommendable to check in at least 3 hours prior departure and to please consider some extra time to return the rented car.
