A Professional guide from African Big Five Tours & Safaris will meet you right when you arrive at Maun International Airport. Should you wish, you can be taken straight into Maun for shopping and an opportunity to exchange currencies. You will then be transferred to Nxai Pan National Park where you will spend two nights. Upon arrival, camp will already be set up for you, and there will be time for you to relax and refresh yourself after the trip in. After the siesta, you will join your professional guide for a short game drive around the pan until sunset, coming back to camp in time for a shower before dinner under the African sky. Read more
Wake up in the morning and have a light breakfast before your day-trip — a game drive to explore Nxai Pan. We’ll expect to see elephants, giraffes, impalas, wildebeest, zebras, and some of the big predators. We’ll bring along packed lunches and snacks as we’ll be spending the whole day in the bush. Wake up in the morning for a light breakfast before heading to a nearby ancient super lake, the Makgadikgadi Pans, where the open landscape is breathtaking as far as your eyes can see. We will go visit the ancient lake that’s home to Kubu Island — one of Botswana’s national monuments. Ghostly baobab sentinels on the shores of Kubu Island will accompany yet another serene Makgadikgadi sunset. At sunset, the beautiful baobabs change to striking golden shades of yellow and orange. You will spend one night at Makgadikgadi. Read more
After breakfast, we will depart to Chobe National Park. You will spend two nights. Chobe is Botswana’s first national park. It has one of the highest densities of wildlife in Africa, and is particularly renowned for its huge elephant herds - total numbers have been estimated up to 100,000. The Chobe River, Linyanti River and the Savuti Marsh comprise the main areas in the 11,700km2 park, and each offers its own unique ecosystem. Read more
Wake up in the morning for a light breakfast. Join your professional guide for a full‐day game drive in the Chobe National Park, during which we will enjoy a packed lunch and some snacks. Return late in the evening for a shower and dinner under the stars.
Today you will be transferred to Savute, where you will spend 2 nights. Here you'll enjoy early morning and late afternoon game drives with an expert guide. Savute, located in the wild and remote central part of Chobe, has a high density of predators - and not least lions and spotted hyenas, two species that are often in conflict with each other over kills. There are also leopards, cheetahs, wild dogs and black-backed jackals to search for as well as the full range of classic savannah animals - elephants, antelope of many species, giraffe, zebra and great birding. Indeed, the now-flowing Savute Channel delivers some of the best game viewing in the country. Read more
Savuti is where you will enjoy a great diversity of Plants and animal life, the place have the biggest and largest herds of elephants. Packed lunch will be provided.
Savuti is a suitable place that no one would like to miss in a holiday trip. It is popularly known for its unique experience of abundance in wildlife species and beautiful landscape covered with mash of grass. Amazing sighting for cats such as lions and leopards has been a memorable experience since the place existed. Old bull elephants are notable and permanently residing in the area. Secretary Bird, Kori Bustard, Carmine Bee Eaters and Fish Eagle are the common highlits birding species in Savuti. Read more
We rise early and after coffee/tea and a healthy snack we go on a game drive into the Moremi game Reserve. A packed lunch will be served at the camp.
Experience an early morning and late afternoon game drive in an area with an abundance of flora and fauna including lions, hyenas, Wild dogs, elephants, buffalos, hippos, crocodiles and excellent birdlife.
Moremi game reserve is located in eastern part of the Okavango Delta. It covers up to one third of the Okavango Delta. The reserve is popularly known for its diverse concentration of wildlife species, birds and rich vegetation throughout the year. The wetlands give an incredible view and spectacular game sighting. The highlights includes; the rare Sitatunga, Lechwe, Lion, Leopard. Large herds of Impala, Zebra and Buffalo normally flock to the beautiful floodplains to drink water. The papyrus along the water ways is normally a home to the Lechwe and is suitable for boat cruise; therefore, a boat cruise is vital to experience more of the uniqueness of delta channels.
