Then you will be taken to the ancient city of Jerash, one of the best preserved Roman provincial towns of the world. Walk around the vivid remnants of past civilizations, and in the afternoon, proceed to Ajloun Castle and get lost in its vaulted passages. Dating back from the 12th century, Ajloun Castle was a military watch post built to protect the trade routes and repel the Crusaders’ threat.
