DAY 1
Guatemala Airport – Guatemala City
Arrival at the Guatemala City airport. Reception by PTP Staff. Delivery of trip documents. Lodging at Hotel Stofella or similar.
DAY 2
Guatemala – Atitlán
Breakfast. Departure to Lake Atitlán, one of the most beautiful lakes in the world with its three volcanoes surrounded of indigenous towns. Several stops in the road to pick up other travelers. Lodging at Hotel Regis or similar.
DAY 3
Atitlán
Breakfast. If it fits with the schedule: visit to the market of Chichicastenango (it’s available on Thursday and Sunday). Return to Lake Atitlán. Lodging at Hotel Regis or similar.
DAY 4
Atitlán
Breakfast. Free day to explore on your own the indigenous towns at the lake. Lodging at Hotel Regis or similar.
DAY 5
Atitlán – La Antigua
Breakfast. Departure in a regular bus to Antigua, known for its colonial beauty. Several stops in the road to pick up other travelers. Lodging at La Ermita or similar.
DAY 6
La Antigua
Breakfast. Free day to explore on your own Antigua or climb the amazing Pacaya Volcano. Lodging at La Ermita. or similar.
DAY 7
La Antigua
Breakfast. Free day to explore on your own Antigua or climb the amazing Pacaya Volcano. Lodging at La Ermita. or similar.
DAY 8
La Antigua – Livingston
Breakfast. Early morning transfer to Guatemala city to take a regular bus (Litegua) to Puerto Barrios. From that point on your own you can take a boat to Livingston, Garifuna village in the Guatemalan Caribbean area. Lodging at Hotel Villa Caribe or similar.
DAY 9
Livingston
Breakfast. Free day to explore the area and meet the Garifuna Culture. Lodging at Hotel Villa Caribe or similar.
DAY 10
Livingston – Río Dulce – Petén
Breakfast. We will take a boat to move along Río Dulce, well known for being one of the most beautiful areas in Guatemala, at the appointed time we will take a regular bus to Petén. Lodging at Hotel Maya International or similar.
DAY 11
Petén
Breakfast. Free day to explore Tikal, Yaxha, Flores. Lodging at Hotel Maya International or similar.
DAY 12
Petén – Guatemala
Breakfast. Departure from the hotel to take the regular bus to Guatemala City. Lodging at Hotel Radisson or similar.
DAY 13
Guatemala - Airport Guatemala
Breakfast. Transfer to La Aurora International Airport in Guatemala City. End of our services.
