Buffalo trail is a trail that you will be migrating from one destination to another, is the trail that will give you opportunity to cover most of Botswana and do different activities.Possible animals to be found in this trip are; springbok gemsbok, wildebeest, hartebeest, eland giraffe, waterbuck, lechwe, puku, giraffe, kudu, roan, sable, impala, warthog, bushbuck, monkeys and baboons, lion, leopard, hyena and jackal, hippo, crocodile ,mind-boggling.
On arrival at Maun Airport you will be met by your guide, and depart from the Airport to Nxai Pan where you will spend 2 nights.
Nxai Pan is a unique attraction of Botswana, located in northern part of Makgadikgadi Park. It has a vast of wildlife species that reside in the reserve area. The grass-covered pans are scattered with acacia trees and Mopane woodland, and provide a haven for wildlife when they turn green during the rainy season. Read more
Rise early to visit the habituated meerkats, whose foraging, barking, grooming, general antics are highly defined social structure provide endless entertainment and intrigue. A packed lunch will be served following an African safari experience. Makgadikgadi offers stark nature viewing that is striking and contrasting when compared to the Okavango Delta. After breakfast, we then head to CKGR; a packed lunch will be served on chosen space. Arrival at CKGR for a mobile camping experience in our luxury tented accommodation. The following morning after having breakfast you will start you game drive to explore the flora and fauna in the reserve. We camp in CKGR for 3 nights. Read more
The Central Kalahari Game Reserve is the second largest game reserve in the world. Situated in the centre of Botswana, this reserve is characterized by vast open plains, salt pans and ancient riverbeds.
Central Kalahari Game Reserve is fantastically remote, with seemingly endless stretches of grassland and sandy desert, the CKGR was originally established as a place for the San to practice their traditional lifestyle without intrusion. Wake up in the morning, have breakfast and head on to Hyena veld for another safari experience. You will participate in a nature walk led by local San Bushmen trackers. They will share their intricate bush knowledge and give you an insight into their unique and intriguing culture.
For another safari experience you will drive in the northeast tip of Moremi for another camping site at Khwai. You will spend 3 nights.
Khwai is reach in ever green trees and wildlife such as predators and prey. Lions and leopards sighting are some of the common game viewing highlights in the area, as well as exceptional birding such as Kingfishers and Wattled crane amongst many. After breakfast we will depart to Savuti and spend 3 nights. Savuti is where you will enjoy a great diversity of Plants and animal life, the place have the biggest and largest herds of elephants. Packed lunch will be provided en-route.
Savuti is a suitable place that no one would like to miss in a holiday trip. It is popularly known for its unique experience of abundance in wildlife species and beautiful landscape covered with mash of grass.
Spend a full day at Savuti and enjoy early morning and late afternoon game drives in an area which rivals any location in Africa for wildlife density and predator action.
We rise early and after coffee/tea and a healthy snack we board our game viewing vehicle. A game drive takes us into Chobe National Park. Lunch will be served at the camp. Experience spectacular morning and afternoon game drives, also witness huge concentrations of game along Chobe’s stunning riverine landscape. Read more
Chobe National Park is situated in the northern part of Botswana along the Chobe River, covering a space of 11 700 km2. The park boarders Moremi Game Reserve in the North west and Chobe River in the North. After an early breakfast we transit back to Kasane International Airport via a leisurely game drive.
