Chobe National Park is situated in the northern part of Botswana along the Chobe River, covering a space of 11 700 km2. The park boarders Moremi Game Reserve in the North west and Chobe River in the North. The famous Chobe River is a life support to a diverse concentration of wildlife species which reside in the park for healthy vegetation and survival. The park is known as a home to a population of elephants which provide incredible sighting to guest as they enjoy game drives. Sighting highlights varies from buffalo, Kudu, Zebras which are spotted quenching their thirst along the Chobe River bank. During a boat cruise an encounter with a pool of Hippos, crocodile is possible and bird species are prolific, such as African Fish Eagle, King Fisher and Martial Eagle amongst many other species.
